We help rotational athletes train smarter, move better, and perform longer — without sacrificing their bodies in the process.
Every rotational athlete knows the highs of peak performance and the lows of nagging injuries or time away from the game. Too often, traditional training misses the unique demands placed on the body by swinging, throwing, or striking.
That’s why we created Longevity Performance Systems (LPS) — a performance framework designed specifically for rotational athletes. Our programs blend strength, speed, mobility, and power training with cutting-edge sports science to help you perform at your best today while protecting your body for tomorrow.
Whether you’re a junior athlete building your foundation, a competitor chasing peak output, or an adult who simply wants to keep playing pain-free, our system adapts to your needs and your stage of the journey.

Coleman Huntley is a performance coach who has spent over a decade studying, teaching, and applying the science of human movement. While earning his degree in Business Administration at Point Loma Nazarene University, he trained under legendary coach Dr. Tom House at USC, serving as his head intern from 2013–2015. During that time, Coleman worked hands-on with NFL and college quarterbacks, MLB pitchers, and PGA Tour professionals — gaining rare insight into the biomechanics and training methods that drive elite performance.
He has since expanded his expertise through advanced certifications and coursework with leaders such as Dr. John Rusin and Conor Harris, developing a system that blends strength, mobility, and skill development into programs that protect athletes’ longevity.
Coleman doesn’t just coach from theory — he lived it. By applying these same principles to his own training, he carved out a professional baseball career, pitching for the Atlanta Braves (A+ in 2021, AA in 2022 and early 2023) before finishing the 2023 season with the Tri-City ValleyCats in the Frontier League. His firsthand experience navigating the demands of pro sports informs every program he designs.
Now, as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Pain Free Performance Specialist, Coleman is committed to helping athletes — from junior players to seasoned pros — build strength, speed, and resilience while protecting their long-term health.
