We recommend beginning with the Beginner or Advanced Foundations. It builds the baseline strength, mobility, and movement quality every rotational athlete needs. Once you’ve completed it, you can transition into sport-specific tracks for golf, martial arts, tennis, or baseball.
For best results, the more access to equipment you have, the more variety and progression you’ll get. But don’t worry — almost every exercise has an alternative with less equipment (for example, a cable pull can be swapped for a band). Whether you train at home or in a gym, you’ll always have an option that fits.
