FAQ's - In-Person Services

We work with rotational athletes of all ages and skill levels — from juniors building a foundation, to adults protecting their longevity, to seasoned competitors chasing peak performance. Our programs are tailored for golfers, martial artists, tennis players, and baseball athletes. Whether your goal is to play pain-free, add power, or extend your career, we meet you where you are and help you move better, feel better, and perform better.

Golf Evaluation ($195): Includes TPI movement power screen, Smart2Move force plates, and SportsBox AI 3D motion capture.

Martial Arts, Tennis, Baseball Evaluations ($95): Includes a movement & power screen plus force and mechanics analysis tailored to tennis, martial arts, or baseball.

About 60-90 minutes. That gives us time to test, review your results, and outline a clear action plan.

Each evaluation is designed to reveal how your body moves, powers, and performs in your sport. We run a movement and power screen, analyze how you generate and transfer force, and review sport-specific mechanics. From there, you’ll walk away knowing exactly your body feels the way it does, how you create power, and what to focus on next.

Yes. Each evaluation is tailored to the unique demands of your sport:

Golf Evaluation ($195): Includes TPI movement power screen, Smart2Move force plates, and SportsBox AI 3D motion capture.

Martial Arts, Tennis, Baseball ($95): Includes a movement & power screen plus force and mechanics analysis tailored to tennis, martial arts, or baseball.

Not at all. Evaluations are for juniors, weekend players, and pros alike. They show you where your body is efficient and where it’s holding you back.

Both. Many athletes discover movement inefficiencies that not only limit speed or power but also cause unnecessary strain. Correcting those patterns can reduce pain, improve longevity, and boost performance. If your evaluation reveals issues that require medical attention, we’ll refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional for further evaluation and co-management.

If your evaluation reveals a condition that requires medical attention, we’ll refer you to the appropriate healthcare professional for further evaluation and co-management. Our role is to identify what your body can and cannot do safely — and to make sure you’re connected to the right resources.

We complement, not compete. Coaches and PTs often use our reports to fine-tune their programs, making your training or rehab even more effective.
Most athletes retest every 3–6 months to measure progress and update their training plan.

Yes. Because we use objective data (for golf)— from force plates, motion capture, and power testing — you’ll see exactly how your mobility, sequencing, and output change from one evaluation to the next.

Absolutely. We share evaluation results so your entire performance team can work off the same blueprint.

We provide both in-person and digital training solutions for rotational athletes:

  • In-Person Evaluations: Sport-specific testing to uncover how your body moves, powers, and performs (golf, martial arts, tennis, baseball).
  • Custom Training Programs: Personalized strength, speed, mobility, and power plans built from your evaluation results.
  • App Membership ($29/month): Access to structured, sport-specific programs you can follow anywhere.
  • Specialized Online Courses: Focused programs for pain relief and performance (e.g., back pain in golfers, swing-specific training).
  • Team & Coach Integration: We work with your golf pro, trainer, or medical professional to create a unified performance plan.

We recommend beginning with the Foundations Program. It builds the baseline strength, mobility, and movement quality every rotational athlete needs. Once you’ve completed it, you can transition into sport-specific tracks for golf, martial arts, tennis, or baseball.

For best results, the more access to equipment you have, the more variety and progression you’ll get. But don’t worry — every exercise has an alternative with less equipment (for example, a cable pull can be swapped for a band). Whether you train at home or in a gym, you’ll always have an option that fits.
