If you’re looking for back/bi’s, chest/tri’s, upper/lower, bodybuilding type workouts, this is not the app for you.   Although there is nothing wrong with those types of workouts, our programs are specifically designed for individuals looking to improve rotational mobility, strength, speed and power.

We recommend beginning with the Foundations Program. It builds the baseline strength, mobility, and movement quality every rotational athlete needs. Once you’ve completed it, you can transition into sport-specific tracks for golf, martial arts, tennis, or baseball.

For best results, the more access to equipment you have, the more variety and progression you’ll get. But don’t worry — every exercise has an alternative with less equipment (for example, a cable pull can be swapped for a band). Whether you train at home or in a gym, you’ll always have an option that fits.

Yes. Our Mobility and Foot Health tracks are designed to be completed with little or no equipment. These programs focus on improving movement quality, joint health, and durability — making them a great option if you’re training at home or just getting started.

Yes. Members can connect inside the app, track progress, and share results. For direct coaching or advanced feedback, you can upgrade to an in-person evaluation or VIP membership.
