Does This Sound Like You?

If Any of These Feel Familiar — You're in the Right Place.

Low back pain is one of the most common conditions we see. It’s also one of the most commonly mistreated — because most approaches only address where the pain is.

The low back is rarely the source of the problem.

Where the pain lives and where the problem originates are often two very different places. Until the actual source is identified and addressed, the pain keeps coming back. That’s not bad luck. It’s predictable.

Finding that source is exactly what we do.

Here’s What Most People Get Wrong

The Problem Isn't Always Where the Pain Is.

Most treatments focus only on the symptoms — temporary relief without changing the mechanics that are driving the pain in the first place.

The way your body moves and handles load hasn’t changed. So the pain comes back. Every time.

Our goal is always to reduce your low back pain — directly and as quickly as possible. Every treatment plan includes targeted work at the area of complaint. But pain relief alone isn’t enough if the mechanics driving that pain haven’t changed. That’s the difference between feeling better for a few weeks and actually fixing the problem.

Until the actual source is identified and addressed, you’re managing a problem — not solving it.
“The low back is rarely the source of the problem. Finding the source is what we do.”
Every first visit begins with a thorough assessment — not a guess, not a protocol. We identify what’s actually driving your pain before we treat anything.

From there the plan is specific to your body and your findings. That’s the only way to actually fix it.

How We Treat It

A Specific Plan. Not a Generic Protocol.

Every case starts with understanding the whole picture — how your spine, hips, and body are actually working together. What we find determines what we do.

01

Identify the Breakdown
A thorough movement assessment to identify what’s actually driving your pain — not just where it hurts.

02

Restore Proper Mechanics
Chiropractic adjustments and myofascial therapy to restore motion, correct restrictions, and address the compensation patterns creating the pain.

03

Accelerate Tissue Recovery
SoftWave TRT to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and support healing in tissue that has been chronically loaded.
04
Rebuild and Maintain
Movement reeducation so your body can handle load the way it was designed to — and so the same pattern doesn’t reassert itself.

Common Questions.

What we hear most often before a first visit.

No. Chronic low back pain often responds well to this approach precisely because the underlying cause has never been properly identified or addressed. It may take more time than an acute injury — but it’s not too late. Many of our most significant results come from patients who had been dealing with pain for years.

Imaging findings are important context but they don’t tell the whole story. Many people with significant MRI findings have no pain, and many people in serious pain have unremarkable imaging. What matters is how your body is actually moving and loading. We take imaging seriously — but we treat the patient, not the scan.

The most common feedback we hear is that previous care felt disconnected from the actual problem — brief adjustments without a clear understanding of what was driving the pain. Our approach begins with a thorough movement assessment, identifies the root mechanical cause, and builds a plan around that. Adjustments are one tool in that plan — not the whole plan.

HSA & FSA accepted. We are an out-of-network provider. Many patients use health savings accounts or receive partial reimbursement through their PPO plan. We’ll discuss your options at your complimentary consultation.
